Job Description
For a data centre in Slough we need an Electrical Supervisor to start immediately until May 2026.
Work will include basket tray, conduit, lighting, snagging & similar.
You must be within commutable distance to Slough.
Client
Our client are a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Mainland Europe, the Nordics and the UK.
They are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Power Generation.
Roles and responsibilities
Daily supervision and management of site labour, plant, materials, and safe work execution
Ensure compliance with all company Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards
Coordination and management of subcontractors on-site
Conduct post-construction surveys and compile accurate As-Built documentation
Monitor and record site progress and subcontractor performance
Ensure all works meet the National Rules for Electrical Installations, building regulations, and environmental standards
Administer and uphold company compliance procedures
Contribute to a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision
Requirements
Must be local enough to commute
Data centre fit out experience is essential
Must be able to use field view, online snagging platform
Must be able to manage teams of 5-20 operatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Negotiable pay rate, expected to be around £30-£35 p/hr
Duration until May 2026
Mon-Thur 07:00-18:00
Fri 07:00-17:30
Sat 07:30-17:00
Sun 07:30-16:00
