Job Description

Electrical Supervisor / Lead Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Lead Engineer to join a well-established and highly respected facilities management provider. This role offers the chance to work within a unique and prestigious environment, delivering high-quality maintenance and engineering services.

The Role:
You will take a hands-on lead position, combining technical expertise with supervisory responsibilities. Working as part of a dedicated on-site team, you’ll oversee electrical maintenance, ensure compliance, and support the day-to-day running of operations across the estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Lead and support a team of engineers on site

  * Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance

  * Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with regulations

  * Act as a point of contact for technical guidance and escalation

  * Assist with scheduling, compliance, and reporting duties

Requirements:

  * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

  * Strong background in electrical maintenance within commercial environments

  * Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role

  * LV/AP status desirable but not essential

Package & Benefits:

  * Salary: £45,000 per annum

  * Overtime opportunities available

  * On-call rota: 1 in 2 (£150 standby payment per call-out week)
