Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works on a large residential development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team delivering a high-quality housing scheme.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

  * Supervise electricians and subcontractors on site.

  * Ensure all electrical works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standard.

  * Coordinate daily activities and allocate workloads.

  * Monitor progress against programme and report to site management.

  * Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, health & safety requirements, and company procedures.

  * Carry out quality inspections and snagging.

  * Liaise with clients, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

  * Maintain accurate site records, including inspections, permits, and progress reports.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

  * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential construction projects.

  * Gold ECS card

  * SSSTS

  * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

  * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

  * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

  * Full UK driving licence preferred.
