Electrical Supervisor

(NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor)

Location: London & Surrounding Areas

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor to join our growing M&E team. Working primarily across commercial projects, you'll be responsible for maintaining electrical compliance, supporting engineers, overseeing inspection and testing, and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a passion for quality, compliance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  * Act as the company's NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor.

  * Ensure all electrical work complies with BS7671 Wiring Regulations and NICEIC requirements.

  * Review, inspect and approve electrical certification and associated documentation.

  * Carry out site inspections, audits and quality assessments across live projects.

  * Provide technical support and guidance to engineers, supervisors and site teams.

  * Oversee inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations.

  * Liaise with clients, NICEIC representatives and external auditors.

  * Promote best practice, safety and high standards of workmanship across all projects.

About You

  * Previous experience as a NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor or similar electrical compliance role.

  * NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.

  * City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

  * City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing.

  * Valid ECS Card.

  * Minimum two years' experience carrying out EICRs.

  * Excellent knowledge of BS7671 and single and three-phase installations.

  * Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

  * Knowledge of BS5266 Emergency Lighting would be advantageous.
