Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major commercial project.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  * Assist in the successful running and delivery of the electrical contract.

  * Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives on site.

  * Liaise effectively with site operatives, project management, senior management and the client.

  * Monitor progress, quality and programme requirements.

  * Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.

  * Produce and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) – this is essential.

  * Produce Q&A packs for the handover of completed areas.

  * Utilise and interpret the BIM model to coordinate and deliver the works – this is essential.

  * Assist with project planning, coordination and problem-solving.

  * Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant legislation and company procedures.

  * Support the management team with reporting, handovers and completion of works.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

  * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects.

  * Good experience running or assisting in the running of an electrical contract.

  * Strong leadership and communication skills.

  * Experience managing and coordinating electrical operatives.

  * BIM model experience – essential.

  * Strong experience producing RAMS – essential.

  * Experience preparing handover documentation and Q&A packs.

  * Ability to liaise confidently with clients, management and site teams.

  * Good understanding of commercial electrical installations, programme and project delivery.

  * Relevant electrical qualifications and site-based experience.
