Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Team Leader to oversee our electrical engineering operations. This role is ideally suited to an individual with a background in industrial manufacturing settings and the ability to provide strong leadership.

Description
Supervise the electrical department's daily operations within the manufacturing environment.
Ensure all electrical equipment is maintained to an appropriate standard.
Lead and develop a team of skilled electrical shift technicians (circa 7 heads), promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Oversee project planning and management for electrical upgrades and installations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall organisational objectives.
Adhere to safety and compliance standards, and ensure team compliance.
Support the development of operational budgets within the electrical department.
Manage contractor relationships and oversee outsourced electrical work.Profile
A successful Electrical Team Leader should have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience in a leadership role within an industrial manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.Job Offer
