Job Description
Electrical Supervisor – East Sussex – 6 Months – Competitive Rate Offered
We are currently working with a Tier 1 Contractor who are urgently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join them on 6 month contract basis in St. Leonards, East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of mobile/static workforce with an element of administration and subcontractor Supervision
Ensure clear communication with workforce, customers, line management, office support staff, subcontractor and third party suppliers
Provide technical support for client, support staff and workforce
Ensuring delivery of services in line with contract KP's/SLA's
Undertake quality assurance inspections on a predetermined amount of all work delivered and record
Ability to survey and cost additional / remedial works as required and provide supporting documentation in a timely manner
Identify training needs within the workforce
Continually demonstrate an understanding and commitment to customer care
Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues clients, customers and work as part of a team
Deal courteously with clients, customers and the general public to maintain and enhance the reputation of our client
Maintain and audit maintenance records of all work carried out on plant equipment within the site manuals both hard copy flies and electronic
Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive call outs and minor projects on all associated building services equipment and plant, general fault finding and repairs to building services equipment
To participate within and out of normal working hours emergency call out Rota and be flexible outside of core working hours
Key Skills and Qualifications
Full driving licence
Enhanced DBS with Childs Barring
Relevant industry qualifications or equivalent UK standard
Good communicator, verbally and written and have a good level of computer literacy
CSCS Card
IOSH Certificate
Working at height/PAF/PASMA certification (where required)
Substantial practical experience
NVQ Level 3 / C&G 18th Edition
ECS Card
