Team Leader – Electrical Bias
Salary: £45,000 – £47,000 (DOE) + call-out & bonus incentives
Hours: 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, On-call 1 in 5
Location: Static site – Goole
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join a national FM provider, overseeing a small engineering team (3 engineers) on a busy TFM (Total Facilities Management) contract. Based at a large industrial/commercial site in Goole, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of PPM, reactive maintenance, small works, and minor projects up to £40,000.
This is a hands-on leadership role that involves working on the tools, managing sub-contractors, reviewing RAMS, issuing permits, and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met. You’ll work closely with an on-site client and benefit from admin support to help manage engineer workloads.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Experience leading or supervising engineers
* Valid UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
* Comfortable using computer-based systems (CAFMs, permit software, etc.)
* Low Voltage AP – with additional pay for LV/HV appointments (up to £100/month)
