Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance professional?
Do you thrive in a leadership and problem-solving role?
If so, I am seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join an industry leading Facilities & Maintenance company on a contract near Salisbury.
Location: Salisbury
Salary: Up to £50k
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Duties:
Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers
Perform regular maintenance and repairs of electrical systems and equipment
Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance tasks
Ensure the highest standards of health and safety at all times
Manage electrical materials and equipment to ensure the appropriate stock levels
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the contract
Requirements:
Trade qualifications
Experience performing a similar role
Strong leadership skills
The ability to motivate and inspire your team
