Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to work across multiple commercial retrofit projects in North West London.
This is a site-based supervisory role covering evening/night shifts, ideal for an experienced supervisor who can manage small teams, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive productivity during off-peak hours.
Duties Will Include:

Supervising electrical installations and retrofit works across live commercial environments
*
Managing site teams and subcontractors
*
Conducting quality checks, toolbox talks, and ensuring H&S compliance
*
Coordinating with site management and project teams
*
Maintaining accurate site documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
*
✅ Gold ECS Card (essential)
*
✅ SSSTS Certificate
*
✅ Enhanced DBS Check (valid)
*
✅ Full UK Driving Licence (as travel between sites is required)
*
✅ Proven experience supervising electrical works in a commercial setting
*
✅ Ability to work independently on night shifts (4pm - 1am)
