Commissioning Manager
Location: Mons, Belgium
Overview:
We’re hiring a Commissioning Manager for a major hyperscale data centre project in Mons, Belgium. This is a fixed-term contract role focused on managing the full commissioning process, ensuring all M&E systems are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Ideal for candidates with strong electrical or mechanical backgrounds and experience on large-scale projects.
Your day to day will include:
• Provide expertise regarding the overall project commissioning processes and deliver commissioned and operational M&E Systems to clients
• Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to support M&E systems delivery
• Coordinate with all other trades on-site to ensure a smooth commissioning process
• Identify test equipment that may be required
• Manage subcontractor testing and commissioning, carry out witness testing, and review documentation
• Assist in writing and reviewing Commissioning and Testing RAMS
• Conduct quality control inspections during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
• Ensure all contractor commissioning activities are coordinated and meet required standards
• Resolve site issues promptly and ensure timely correction of deficiencies
• Maintain detailed and accurate commissioning site reports
• Ensure project personnel have the necessary EHS training for commissioning tasks
What we are looking for:
• Mechanically or electrically qualified
• Strong knowledge of commissioning (Cx) practices
• Experience managing progress communication with clients, project directors, engineers, etc.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
Package:
Location: Mons, Belgium
Salary: Up to €110,000 DOE + daily allowance
Rotation: 17 days on / 4 days offBefore You Apply
