Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Room Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in assembling and troubleshooting control panels. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and functionality of our control systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the control panel assembly team.
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
* Ensure compliance with UL 508A, NEC, and company standards.
* Inspect completed panels for quality and functionality.
* Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
* Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Skills
* Hands-on experience in control panel building
* Previous supervisory or leadership role
* Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring practices, and panel layout
* Experience with components such as PLCs, relays, VFDs, and terminal blocks
* Ability to use hand and power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
