£35,000 - £38,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits
Are you a Electrical Support Engineer that wants to work for Europe's leading smart home technology business that has a product range far superior to Amazon and Google?

On offer is the chance to work with a global leader in the smart home and connected devices industry, that are quickly becoming the go to name in home automation. This company have gone from strength to strength in the last decade and are now expanding their UK teams.
In this role, you will be put through an extensive training program in their Austrian HQ with all your expenses paid for, then will be dealing with an already established support team to help the installers get the system up and running.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a background in electronics or electrical engineering and local to Theale.
THE ROLE:
Work with the current support team
Support the installation teams with electrical / electronics issues
Solve basic electrical issues remotely
Raise tickets and process them accordingly
THE PERSON:
Technical Support experience
GCSE level Electronics understanding
Commutable distance to Theale
