Electrical Team Leader
Bury, Manchester (Commutable from Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham, Radcliffe, Stockport, Warrington, Huddersfield)
£50,000 - £52,000 + On-Call Bonus + Annual Bonus + Overtime (1.5x/2x) + 8% Pension + 33 Days' Holiday + Company Benefits

You will lead the electrical maintenance team, working closely with maintenance and production to manage breakdowns, planned work, and energy-saving initiatives. Your focus will be on improving safety, reliability, and efficiency across the department.
This role suits a hands-on Electrical Engineer with leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
The Role
Oversee the electrical maintenance team, diagnose breakdowns, carry out repairs, and improve equipment performance
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Salary £50,000 - £52,000 plus on-call bonus, annual bonus, overtime at 1.5 times weekdays and double time Sundays
Standby rota 1 in 3 weeks with a weekly standby payment of £350The Person
