Job Description
Aker Solutions are looking for an Electrical Technical Authority for East Anglia 3.
The role has been determined as outside of IR35.
Responsibilities:
Provide discipline oversight and assurance for all electrical Low Voltage systems during the Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) phase of EA3
Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards while supporting safe and efficient energization and commissioningWe think you should have:
10+ years in offshore electrical commissioning, including HUC phases
Proven track record in energization and troubleshooting of HV/LV systems
Certifications: CompEx Ex01–Ex04 (Hazardous Area Electrical). o HV Switching Authorization (up to 11kV). (desired)
Knowledge: IEC standards, ATEX compliance, hazardous area installation. Electrical protection and control systems
(Degree preferred but not essential).
