Job Description
Electrical Technician - Water Sector (Edinburgh/Central Belt)
We are working with one of the major pump supplier for Scottish Water who are looking to add an electrical technician to their install team.
We're seeking a proactive Electrical Technician in Glasgow to maintain and improve critical electrical systems within our water infrastructure.
Your focus:
* Planned and reactive maintenance on electrical control panels, motors, instrumentation, and associated equipment.
* Fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and effective electrical repairs.
* Installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
You'll need:
* Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience as an Electrical Technician (water/utilities preferred).
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and instrumentation.
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
* Understanding of electrical regulations and safety standards.
