Electrical Technician – Complex Panel Wiring Specialist
Location: Wallsend
Full-Time Permanent
Sector: Engineering
£39,200 plus overtime – day shift

What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and wiring complex electrical control panels to exacting specifications
* Working from detailed electrical schematics and build instructions
* Crimping, terminating, and routing cables, including umbilicals and fine components
* Following the production schedule and meeting key deadlines
* Maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards
* Conducting task-based risk assessments
* Taking part in continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to process enhancements
What We’re Looking For
* Strong practical experience in complex panel wiring
* Skilled in interpreting and working from technical electrical drawings
* Competency in handling intricate assemblies and small components
* HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
* A proactive mindset with a passion for high-quality workmanship
* Team-oriented, adaptable, and safety-focused
* Previous experience in a lean manufacturing or CI environment is a plus
