Senior Technician – Electrical
📍 Basingstoke (with travel to other sites)
💷 £35,000 – £42,500 (depending on experience)

We’re on a mission to provide affordable homes in thriving communities, and right now, we’re looking for a Senior Technician – Electrical to help us maintain and improve our workplace estate.
🔧 The Role
As a Senior Technician – Electrical, you’ll:
*
Support and oversee a team of Workplace Technicians
*
Act as the first point of escalation for technical issues
*
Carry out electrical inspections, maintenance, fault finding and installs
*
Provide technical advice and share your expertise with the wider team
*
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
*
Support contractor supervision and staff training
✅ What You’ll Need
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*
City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
*
City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Inspection and Testing)
*
Experience scoping and delivering electrical works
*
Strong communication and reporting skills
*
A full UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
