Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join us on a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Oxford. This is a site-based position requiring strong practical electrical skills, with a particular focus on cable terminations and installation work in a high-standard environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Electrician/Electrical Technician on industrial or energy-related sites (BESS experience highly desirable).
Demonstrable competence in LV/HV cable terminations.
Valid ECS/JIB Card.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) qualification.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
2391 Test & Inspection qualification desirable but not essential.
Up-to-date Health & Safety certifications (e.g., CSCS, SSSTS, or equivalent).
