Job Title: Electrical Tester – Commercial Portfolio
Location: Bristol
Salary: Competitive + Company Van
Hours: Flexible Working Hours (Full-Time)
Are you a qualified Electrical Tester looking for a flexible and rewarding role with a leading FM provider? We’re seeking an experienced professional to join our team, working across a variety of commercial properties in Bristol, delivering high-quality electrical testing and inspection services.

What you’ll be doing:
As an Electrical Tester, you’ll be responsible for carrying out electrical inspection, testing, and certification across a diverse commercial portfolio in and around Bristol. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting fixed wire testing (EICRs) in accordance with current regulations
*
Identifying faults and recommending remedial works
*
Completing accurate test reports and certification using electronic systems
*
Liaising with clients and site contacts in a professional manner
*
Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and health & safety protocols
*
Supporting the wider FM team with minor electrical repairs as needed
What we’re looking for:
*
City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection certification
*
18th Edition (BS7671) qualified
*
Previous experience in a commercial FM or building services environment
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with reporting
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
