Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and qualified Electrical Tester to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will hold a current City & Guilds 2391 qualification and have experience carrying out electrical testing, inspections, and certification.
You will play a key role in ensuring electrical systems meet current standards and regulations, identifying faults, and providing high-quality reports and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fixed wire testing (EICR) in domestic social housing environments
*
Complete and issue electrical certification and reports to a high standard
*
Carry out fault finding and remedial works where necessary
*
Ensure all work complies with BS7671 wiring regulations and health & safety standards
*
Liaise with clients and colleagues to deliver efficient, professional service
*
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395 equivalent)
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
Proven experience in electrical testing & inspection
Full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Desirable:

ECS Gold Card
*
Experience with tablet-based reporting systems (e.g., EasyCert, Joblogic)
*
Familiarity with domestic and commercial sites
