Electrical Testing Engineer
Slough
£40,000 - £45,000 plus overtime and call-out rota (one week on call every ~8 weeks).
Permanent - full time
  
 We're looking for a skilled Electrical Testing Engineer to join our family run business to be based in the Slough area. If you're passionate about electrical safety and enjoy working in a supportive team environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
  
 Key Responsibilities:
  
Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), EML, Thermographic Testing 
Performing minor electrical works as required 
Participating in our out-of-hours call-out rota   
 Requirements:
  
Proven experience in electrical testing and inspection 
Strong understanding of EICR standards and procedures 
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
Willingness to be part of an out-of-hours support team 
Full / Clean driving licence

Qualifications
  
Proficiency in Electricity and Electrical Work 
Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting 
Understanding of Electrical Engineering principles and practices 
Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and electrical standards 
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
Effective communication and reporting skills 
Relevant certifications such as an electrician license
