Home-Based: Covering South London & Surrounding Areas (Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Wiltshire)
Are you an Electrical Testing Engineer with supervisory experience, looking for a highly autonomous role offering career progression, excellent overtime opportunities, and strong long-term prospects?
This is an excellent opportunity to step up into a supervisory position, combining hands-on testing with overseeing a skilled team of engineers-while continuing to develop your technical expertise.
The company is a market-leading service provider to the hospitality and commercial sectors. Following continued success, they are expanding their electrical testing division and are seeking motivated supervisors to support their growth.
In this role, you'll balance hands-on testing and inspection with team supervision and organisation, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards across a range of high-profile client sites nationwide.
This role would suit an Electrical Testing Engineer with supervisory experience or a NICEIC qualification, now looking to progress their career within a supportive, growing company that rewards hard work with strong benefits and overtime earning potential.
The Role:
Electrical testing and inspection, plus supervising a small team of engineers
Monday to Friday: 4 days on-site + 1 day home-based admin

Strong background in electrical inspection and testing
Supervisory experience and/or NICEIC qualification
Full UK driving licence
