Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to join our team on a busy commercial construction project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works while remaining hands-on when required. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, coordinating with site management and subcontractors to deliver the project on schedule.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

  * Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site.

  * Lead and support a team of electricians and apprentices.

  * Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards.

  * Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

  * Carry out quality inspections and ensure installations meet project requirements.

  * Coordinate with the site manager, project manager, and other trades.

  * Complete site paperwork, progress reports, and toolbox talks.

  * Assist with testing, commissioning, and snagging where required.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

  * Proven experience as an Electrical Working Supervisor on commercial construction projects.

  * Gold ECS card

  * SSSTS / SMSTS

  * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

  * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

  * Strong leadership and communication skills.

  * Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
