Job Title: Electrician - Responsive Repairs (Hampshire: Bournemouth / Southampton / Portsmouth)
Location: Hampshire (covering Bournemouth, Southampton, Portsmouth)
Pay Rate: £21 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay) OR £24 CIS (must use own vehicle/tools)
Perm: £41k
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week, 30-minute lunch)

Are you a qualified electrician looking for a stable, long-term role with excellent benefits? We're hiring Electricians across the Hampshire area to work on responsive repairs within occupied social housing. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work with the potential to go permanent.
What You'll Be Doing:
Carrying out responsive electrical repairs in tenanted properties
Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to current regulations
Providing professional and respectful service to residents
What's on Offer:
£21/hour PAYE (holiday included) or £24/hour CIS (own vehicle/tools required)
Company van + fuel card (if PAYE)
Uniform and PPE provided
Paid training (manual handling, working at heights)
Temp-to-perm pathway with long-term career prospects
What You'll Need:
✅ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
✅ Experience in domestic or social housing electrical work
✅ Full clean UK driving licence (required to use company van)
✅ Own hand and power tools (specialist equipment provided)
✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Certifications & Checks (Support Provided):
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Basic DBS check
Manual Handling & Working at Heights training
