Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Salary: upto £36,000 per annum
Location: Mobile role covering Liverpool area (Van and fuel card provided)
Contract Type: Domestic, Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time, M-F core working hours Randstad CPE UK Property Services Team is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our Reactive Maintenance Division in Liverpool area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible difference in the community, ensuring safe and well-maintained electrical systems in residential properties
Package
Competitive salary of upto £36,000 pa.
Company van and fuel card.
22 days annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 1 year).

Company benefits.Responsibilities
Routine maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and appliances.
Fault finding and rectification.
Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations.
Replacing sockets and fittings.
Replacing consumer units.
Domestic rewiring in both occupied and empty properties.Required Qualifications
3+ years of electrical experience.
City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Testing.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation.
Experience with EICR testing in social and private housing.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
