Job Description
The Opportunity:
A reputable and growing contractor is seeking a qualified and experienced electrician to join their team. This role involves working across domestic and some light commercial properties, primarily focused on electrical work related to heating and hot water systems.
Main Duties:
* Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) following assessment of on-site installations
* Installation, testing, and inspection of wiring for new heating systems in residential and small commercial properties
* Providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients, maintaining a professional and approachable attitude
* Updating job progress and completing all relevant documentation (both electronically and by hand)
* Following all Health & Safety regulations, including completing Risk Assessments, COSHH documentation, and maintaining safe systems of work
* Managing stock and ordering materials as required to ensure smooth delivery of works

* A fully qualified electrician with hands-on experience in domestic heating and hot water system installations
* Someone with a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
