About the Role

We’re currently seeking an experienced and reliable Electrician to join our key client’s team, working primarily on site-based projects across South London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing company offering a competitive package and long-term stability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical installation and site work, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations.

While the majority of your work will be site-based installations, you will also take part in a call-out rota (1 week in every 5) — though call-outs are infrequent and typically involve light maintenance or fault-finding.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Carry out electrical installation, testing, and commissioning on various commercial and industrial sites.

  * 

    Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.

  * 

    Diagnose and repair electrical faults when required.

  * 

    Participate in a call-out rota (1 week in 5) for emergency cover.

  * 

    Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and colleagues.

  * 

    Maintain accurate documentation and job records.

Requirements

  * 

    ECS Card

  * 

    18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)

  * 

    Gold Card (JIB Approved Electrician)

  * 

    Full UK Driving Licence

  * 

    Proven experience in commercial or site-based electrical work.

  * 

    Strong understanding of electrical safety and best practices.
