Job Description

Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a stable, long term role on a static commercial site? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading FM provider in Wellingborough, carrying out a mix of planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, testing, and fault finding.

This position offers ongoing training, clear progression opportunities, and the chance to broaden your technical skill set within a supportive team environment.

The Role

As an Approved Electrician, you’ll:

  * Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, systems and equipment

  * Carry out inspections, testing and commissioning to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards

  * Support electrical works across temporary installations, EV charging and renewable systems

  * Work collaboratively with other trades to deliver high quality installations

  * Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to customer expectations

  * Put Health & Safety at the forefront of everything you do

This is a full time Monday to Friday position working 40 hours per week, with overtime available.

You

To be successful in the role of Approved Electrician, you’ll bring:

  * NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification

  * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

  * Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring and troubleshooting

  * Strong electrical safety knowledge

  * Good written and verbal communication

  * A valid and clean UK driving licence
