My client is currently looking for Electricians to work for a social housing company. We are looking to recruit a number of Electricians on their behalf to interview and start as soon as possible.
Day to day work will consist of going into occupied social housing properties and will be general plumbing reactive maintenance and repairs being sent by a PDA. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Full UK Driver's Licence
Social Housing Knowledge
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 in Inspection & Testing
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
