Jark Cambridge have partnered up with a well-known reputable M&E firm who are searching for experienced Electricians to start on a large Residential project, consisting of 150 high-end residential apartments. Our client are a well-established M&E firm with a rich history working on large residential projects, including high-end, bespoke, social housing & housing schemes.
We're actively looking for Electricians to work on apartments, but mainly in the communal areas, risers and car park. Albeit it’s a residential project, we’re looking for commercial experience.
Duties will include:
• All aspects of containment.
• Trunking.
Requirements:
• JIB Gold card.
• Previous experience working on residential projects.
• Own tools including Power Tools.
Benefits:
• Work until Feb/March 2026
• Working hours 07.30-16.00.
• £230.00 per day.
