Permanent or Temporary | North London – Essex
We are seeking experienced Electricians to join our client’s team, carrying out works on void properties within the social housing sector. The client is open to taking on Electricians on either a permanent or temporary basis, offering flexibility depending on your preference.
Location:
Work is spread across North London and Essex, with jobs ranging from Enfield through to Colchester, Chelmsford and Saffron Walden. This role would ideally suit an Electrician based somewhere between these areas for ease of travel.

Proven experience as an Electrician working on voids

Previous experience in social housing is essential
Role Overview:
As the appointed Electrician, you will complete electrical repairs, testing and remedial works on vacant social housing properties, ensuring compliance and readiness for re-letting. The role requires a reliable, proactive approach and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
