Enjoy a permanent Electricianrole with a van and fuel card, all provided from day one. Join a well-established and supportive property maintenance contractor working across Colchester and surrounding areas, where your skills will make a real difference in tenants' homes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a stable and growing team, delivering servicing, breakdowns and repairs within tenanted properties. With Monday to Friday working hours, specialist tools supplied, and a generous benefits package, you'll have everything you need to succeed and develop in your role.

As an Electrician, you will be:
Working across Colchester and the surrounding areas
Carrying out repairs, inspections and wiring
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
18th Edition wiring regulations
2391 (Desirable)
Experience in social housing is preferred
This Electricianrole is offering the following benefits:

£20 allowance for phone usage
This role is offering a base salary of £39,500 as a basic salary with a £45,000 with overtime and call-out rota.
