Job Description
Site Electrician Location: Stockton-on-Tees Salary: £37,500 – £45,000 base | OTE up to £60,000 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Jackson Hogg is partnering with a Stockton-based specialist in marine and offshore power and automation to recruit experienced Site Electricians for immediate starts.
This is a hands-on field role working across industrial and marine environments, with the scope to work on projects across Europe. If you're a qualified electrician who takes pride in your work, represents yourself well on client sites, and wants genuine earning potential beyond a flat salary, this is worth a look.
What the role involves
Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in line with schematics, regulations, and safety standards. You'll diagnose and resolve faults, ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, and act as a professional face of the business on client sites.
BOSIET training is provided for any offshore assignments.
What we're looking for
NVQ Level 3 in an electrical discipline (Level 4 desirable), with proven hands-on experience in industrial or marine environments. Strong fault-finding ability, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to work directly with clients on site.
You'll need a valid passport and willingness to travel internationally when required.
What's on offer
* Base salary £37,500 – £45,000 depending on experience
* OTE up to £60,000 through overtime and away-from-home allowances
* Overtime paid at enhanced rates
* Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm core hours
