Our client is seeking qualified Electricians to join our team delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations
Diagnose faults and ensure all work complies with current regulations
Complete testing and inspection works
Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied propertiesRequirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
AM2 certification (essential)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Experience in responsive maintenance or social housing (desirable)
