Job Description
The Opportunity
We’re working with a leading UK engineering business delivering high-quality pumping solutions across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a hands-on Electrician who will specialise in the commissioning & maintenance of pumps and associated equipment to join their field-based team.
This is a dynamic, national role combining installation, commissioning, servicing, and fault-finding—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
* Commissioning and servicing pumping equipment on-site
* Electrical support to mechanical installation teams
* Fault finding, maintenance, and breakdown response
* Producing site reports and documentation
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard
* Acting as a professional ambassador on client sites
What You’ll Need
* Electrical qualifications (17th/18th Edition – BS7671)
* C&G Level 3 Inspection & Testing (preferred)
* Experience in maintenance or similar engineering role
* Knowledge of motors/pumps (highly desirable)
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Willingness to travel and stay away when required
Desirable
* CSCS card
* Confined Space & First Aid training
* Industry experience within pumping or similar sectors
