AWC Staff Services are looking for an Electrician to work at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.
Working 4 on 4 off rotation 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.
Responsibilities:
* The responsibilities will be at the Mental Health Sites.
* Interpret and work from all instructions, drawings, and specifications appropriate to his/her own trade, without supervision.
* To understand fully the inter-relationship between various maintenance crafts.
* Ensure all PPM and Reactive work is carried out effectively in compliance with maintenance instructions and response and repair times.
* Diagnose and repair faults in engineering installation, plant, and equipment
* To maintain and efficiently run plant and equipment as appropriate.
* Participation in the out of hours on call rota whereby a company vehicle is provided. (Managed locally and a requirement of the role)
Requirements:
* Management/supervisory competency qualifications or appropriate level of demonstrable experience.
* Minimum of five years’ Management experience in an NHS or similar critical infrastructure environment
* City & Guilds (or equivalent) trade related qualifications as an Electrician
Start: ASAP
Duration: 2 months - on going
