Qualified Electrician – Domestic & Council Contracts
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Van + Pension + 28 Days Holiday
Location: Kent
Areas covered: Southern Home Counties
We are looking for a fully qualified Electrician to join our team, carrying out domestic electrical works, with a focus on council contracts.
This is a permanent role offering stability, long-term work and opportunities to develop — including training in solar installations.
Duties Include:
General domestic electrical works
Fuse board (consumer unit) upgrades
Fan installations
Main bonding works
Lighting upgrades
Void property upgrades and refurbishments
Working within tenanted and void council properties
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 Testing & Inspection (preferred)
Experience working on council/social housing contracts (highly desirable)
Full UK driving licence
Professional manner and good communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently

£45,000 - £50,000 salary (doe)
