Rate: £20 per hour
Working Hours: 8:45am – 4:30pm

Role Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to work on a 5-month contract, supporting an ongoing EICR programme within social housing properties around the Burnley area. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician with a strong background in domestic and social housing environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
* Completing remedial works identified during inspections
* Working within occupied social housing properties
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
* Accurately completing job paperwork and reports
Requirements
* Proven experience working as an Electrician in social housing
* Strong experience delivering EICR programmes
* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Own tools required
