Electrician 

Basic Salary up to £43k - plus van, uniform, PDA and call-out additional pay.

Social Housing Association Maintenance (Petersfield, Bordon, Alton & Guildford areas predominantly to be covered)

RG Setsquare Recruitment are recruiting for Electricians to join our client's Responsive Team. Our client is a major housing association and their responsive team offer responsive and emergency electrical repairs across the south region, delivering right first time across the company. 

What you'll be doing:

You'll complete a mix of electrical repairs and small upgrades, from fault‑finding and fixing issues to replacing accessories and carrying out minor rewires. No two days are the same, and you'll have the autonomy to get it right first time. You'll work across Petersfield, Bordon, Alton and the Guildford areas, where possible, your day will be planned to keep you working as close to home as they can.

What you will need:

You will need to be fully qualified (including NVQ and AM2), with experience of NICEIC certification or similar software. Knowledge of social housing is a bonus, and a full driving licence is essential.

What you'll get:

They will equip you with a van and fuel card, uniform, PPE, tablet, mobile, van racking, van vault and inverter. Your tools are insured in the van - just bring your own hand and power tools.

You'll join an on‑call rota every six weeks, with standby and callout payments. You'll also get our full benefits package from day one, including 28 days' holiday, generous pension and life assurance, and access to health and wellbeing support.

Benefits: 

Initially, for the first 12 weeks, you will be paid weekly via RG Setsquare Recruitment, and after the 12 weeks you will be employed directly by our client and you will then receive:
