Job Description

Join a large contractor based in Fareham and receive a company van, fuel card, and all essential tools from day one. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive maintenance and repair work within domestic properties.

This opportunity is with a respected and established building contractor, known for its strong reputation in the housing sector and commitment to its workforce. You’ll be joining a company that values high-quality workmanship and supports ongoing development within a stable, full-time environment.

As an Electrician, you will:

Electrical testing and inspection
Reactive repairs and fault finding
Full domestic rewiring
Electrical installation in kitchens and bathrooms
Installation of domestic heating systems
We are looking for Electricians with:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience within social housing or a building maintenance environment
City & Guilds 18th Edition Electrical Regulations
City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
A full, valid UK driving licence
Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to starting
