Job Description
Enjoy a contract Electrician role delivering consistent work across residential properties, with strong earning potential through price work and ongoing programmes in the Stamford and Grantham area. Join an established electrical contractor specialising in compliance testing and remedial works within domestic housing.
This is a great opportunity for an Electrician who is confident working on a price-per-job basis, completing EICRs and carrying out any required remedial works. You’ll be covering planned programmes, with work ready to go following a short induction.
I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrical Tester, Electrician, or within domestic compliance and testing roles.
As an Electrician, you will be:
Carrying out EICR testing across residential properties
Completing remedial works identified during inspections
Installing and upgrading LD2 smoke alarm systems where required
Working to a schedule of rates / price-per-item structure
Travelling between properties across Stamford and Grantham
Attending and completing a company induction before startingI’d love to speak to anyone who is a qualified Electrician and has:
2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
AM2 qualification
18th edition
Strong experience completing EICRs within domestic properties
Ability to carry out associated remedial works
Confidence working on price work / schedule of rates
Own transport to travel between sitesThe role is offering the following:
£50 per EICR test
Additional earnings through remedial works (price per item)
Ongoing contract work with consistent volume
Flexibility through price work structureLocation & travel
This role covers Stamford and Grantham in Lincolnshire, with travel required between residential properties. Candidates with their own transport will be best suited to cover the workload efficiently.
