Job Description

Electrician

We are looking for a pair of experienced engineers—one Electrician and one Electrical Mate—to support an ongoing project at Bolton Hospital. You will be working alongside our existing site team to install tray containment within the hospital’s service tunnels.

This is a demanding role physically and environmentally, requiring high safety standards and specific certifications.

Project Details

  * 

    Start Date: Tuesday, May 5th, 2026

  * 

    Duration: 6 weeks

  * 

    Scope: Installation of tray containment systems.

The work is based within service tunnels. Candidates must be prepared for:

  * 

    Variable Environments: Conditions can be dark (temporary lighting is being installed), with some surface water present.

  * 

    Temperature Fluctuations: The tunnels experience both hot and cold conditions.

  * 

    Shift Rotation: To manage the environment safely, teams are currently rotating/swapping every 30 minutes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  * 

    Certification: Both candidates must be Medium Risk "Top Man" trained (Confined Spaces).

  * 

    Experience: Proven experience in containment works, specifically tray systems.

  * 

    Health & Safety: A proactive approach to safety, given the unique nature of the service tunnels.
