Job Description

Electrical Tester – EICR (Social Housing)
📍 Clacton On Sea
💼 Full-Time | Permanent (PAYE or Subcontract)
💰 £38,000–£42,000 PAYE | £230–£300/day Price Work (Subcontract)

🔧 The Role
Carry out EICR testing and inspections in occupied social housing properties, with minor remedial (C1 & C2) works completed where required.

    18th Edition

    Level 3 Electrical Qualification

    2391 Test & Inspect (or equivalent)
  * 
    ECS card or willingness to obtain

    Full UK Driving Licence
  * 
    Domestic/social housing testing experience preferred
