Electrician
Location: Weymouth| Salary: £42,082| Hours: 37 a week | Driving licence required
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our client's Maintenance Team, carrying out high-quality electrical repairs, installations and maintenance across domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical fault finding, repairs and installations, including single and three phase.
Inspection, testing and EICRs.
Completing electrical installation and minor works certificates.
Installing/replacing showers, immersion heaters, electric heating and domestic heating controls.
Identifying and reporting health & safety defects.
Maintaining accurate job records and updating work orders via PDA/mobile devices.
Providing excellent customer service and working professionally with vulnerable customers.
Participating in emergency/out-of-hours services when required.
About You
You will be a qualified electrician with:
Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent.
18th Edition / BS 7671.
AM2 qualification or equivalent.
2391 / Inspection & Testing desirable.
Experience in domestic electrical maintenance, fault finding and EICRs.
Knowledge of Part P and relevant British Standards.
Good communication, organisation and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and safely.
