Nuco Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Electrician on behalf of a leading social housing contractor operating across London This is a permanent opportunity offering a company van, fuel card, bonus scheme and pay increase after 3 months

Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works within occupied and void social housing properties, including:

  * Fault finding and diagnostics

  * Electrical testing and remedial works

  * EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)

  * Void property works

  * Consumer unit and electrical upgrades

  * Full and partial rewires

  * Boiler wire-ups

  * Electrical maintenance

  * Emergency repairs

Requirements

  * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

  * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

  * AM2 Qualification

  * ECS Gold Card

  * 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification (desirable)

  * Full UK Driving Licence

  * Previous social housing experience
