Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Solihull – 2 Sites (Near Snow Hill Station)
Salary: Up to £36,000 per year + Company van
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x rate
Holiday: 25 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays
Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in Birmingham looking for a stable, local role with no long commutes?
We’re recruiting on behalf of the UK’s leading facilities management company for an on-site Electrical Maintenance Engineer, covering just two corporate office sites within walking distance of each other, located just outside Snow Hill Train Station.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, including BMS, fire systems, air conditioning, generators, and LV electrical distribution/switchgear.

Respond to reactive maintenance requests in line with SLAs.
*
Prioritise and delegate both reactive and planned tasks to maintain high service levels.
*
Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are completed on schedule.
