Job Opportunity: Social Housing Electricians (x3) - Liverpool & Manchester Area
📍 Location: Liverpool & Manchester (Various Sites)
💰 Salary: Starting from £37,500 per year
OTE: £43,000 - £48,000 with performance bonuses
🕒 Hours: Full-time, Permanent
📅 Holidays: 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
We're currently recruiting 3 qualified Electricians to join our growing team, working across social housing projects in the Liverpool and Manchester areas. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent earning potential and a strong focus on career progression and job stability.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Electrical testing, inspection, repairs, and installations in domestic properties
Delivering high-quality work in both void and occupied homes
Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and current regulations
Accurately completing EICRs and other certification documentation
Working independently and managing your schedule efficiently
✅ Requirements:
Proven social housing experience (essential)
2391 Test & Inspection qualification (or equivalent)
AM2 qualification
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Full UK driving licence preferred
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
