Mobile Maintenance Electrician, East Kilbride, Earn up to £50,000 + OTE, Facilities Management
Electrician opportunity to join one of the UK’s most trusted facilities management providers is expanding its mobile team and seeking a Maintenance Electrician based in or around Coatbridge. You’ll carry out a mix of planned maintenance and emergency repairs across a portfolio of commercial client sites.
Electrician’s Benefits

Electrician’s Responsibilities
* Perform preventive and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites
* Maintain and repair:
* Power systems, lighting circuits, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting
* Carry out fault diagnosis and timely repairs to ensure system uptime
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical standards
* Use digital reporting tools to complete service logs and documentation
* Communicate with clients professionally on-site
Electrician’s Requirements
* Completed Electrical Apprenticeship and SVQ/NVQ Level 3
* 17th or 18th Edition Certification
* Valid UK Driving Licence
* Previous experience in commercial electrical maintenance or facilities services
