Mobile Maintenance Electrician, Earn up to £40,000, Coatbridge, Facilities Management Team!
Skilled Maintenance Electricians opportunity to join our dynamic mobile service team in Coatbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of commercial properties, delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs.

Electrician’s Role & Responsibilities:
* Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple commercial sites
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems including: Power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and emergency lighting
* Accurately diagnose faults and complete effective repairs
* Adhere to health & safety regulations and compliance standards
* Communicate professionally with clients to ensure a high level of service
* Use digital tools to log maintenance reports and service updates
Electrician’s Essential Requirements:
* Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship with SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* Certified to the 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Full UK Driving Licence (Essential for mobile roles)
* Prior experience in facilities maintenance or commercial building services
